Lead Hand

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 9:30pm

Position Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: Up to $60,000, based on experience

You will be required to

• Lead Courier Operations
• Lead, Coach and Train parcel dock employees and operations
• Review service KPI's
• OS&D
• Customer Service

Do you fit the job profile?

• Previous Courier experience is preferred
• Previous Dock experience is preferred
• Good typing/data entry and clerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & google applications
• Able to communicate both verbally and in writing
• Attention to detail in all areas of work
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
