Summary

We are now hiring for Receiving at Bass Pro Shops Ottawa. We are also seeking to fill FT Overnight, Cashier, Greeter, Sales Outfitters including Clothing, Archery, Fishing, Camping, Firearms and Hunting, and Inventory Control Specialists. Individuals may need to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for their entire shift. We have a variety of shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stocking activities from back room to sales floor
• Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging of newly arriving Cabela’s Canada product
• Conduct general replenishment of all departments including facing, hanging merchandise
• Conduct floor checks including cleaning, updates to pricing and signage, inventory, verification of min/max settings, ensuring that shelves are full and that security tags are in place

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work
• Customer service oriented team player
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and other business contacts in a courteous, positive and professional manner
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, and to move and handle boxes of merchandise
• Steel toes work boots may required
• Must be able to obtain a PAL license

Starting Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.75
