Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Challenger 3500 Captain to join our team. This role requires a skilled leader capable of managing international flights while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on Bombardier Challenger 3500 aircraft
• Conduct international flight operations in compliance with Transport Canada, ICAO, and company regulations
• Lead flight crew and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards
• Preform advanced flight planning, including international procedures
• Ensure a premium client experience for VIP and corporate passengers
• Maintain accurate flight documentation and operational records
• Participate in recurrent training and safety management programs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid TCCA ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License)
• Valid Canadian Passport
• Minimum 3,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC (jet experience required)
• Valid Category 1 Medical Certificate
• Strong knowledge of international procedures
• Ability to travel extensively and work flexible schedules
• Must be bi-lingual (French and English)

Preferred Experience

• Previous corporate or VIP charter experience
• Experience operating in high-traffic international airspace
• Strong familiarity with international flight planning systems and procedures
• Additional language skills considered an asset
