Suchan Renovations is urgently looking to hire a full-time Apprentice Carpenter to join our growing team.

Are you motivated, reliable, and eager to build your carpentry skills in a high-end residential renovation environment? Do you take pride in learning the trade, working with your hands, and being part of a professional team?

We are looking for someone who is dependable, hard-working, and willing to learn from experienced carpenters on a variety of residential renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow within a reputable family-owned company.

What You’ll Do

• Assist carpenters with framing, formwork, demolition, and finishing tasks
• Help with footings, walls, slabs, exterior walls, decks, roofs, and interior partitions
• Assist with drywall, doors, trim, moldings, stairs, flooring, and general renovation work
• Carry materials, set up tools, and help keep job sites clean and organized
• Follow instructions from lead carpenters and site supervisors
• Learn proper construction methods, safety practices, and high-end renovation standards
• Support the team in maintaining quality, efficiency, and professionalism on site

What You Bring

• Some carpentry or renovation experience (preferred)
• Strong willingness to learn and improve
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
• Comfortable working on active construction sites
• Able to lift materials and perform physical work
• Must speak English and/or French
• Able to commute to the Westmount area and other Greater Montréal job sites
• Willingness to travel between job sites when needed
