Associate Lawyer - Litigation

Olschewski Davie is seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Lawyer to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate will manage files, appear before courts and tribunals, conduct discoveries, draft pleadings and legal arguments, and work directly with clients on a broad range of litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Member in good standing with the Law Society of Manitoba
• 3–5 years of litigation experience
• Strong advocacy, research, and drafting skills
• Ability to manage files independently
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Technological proficiency, including legal research databases, practice management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
