This position combines hands-on cleaning leadership with operational coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will help oversee daily cleaning operations while ensuring exceptional service standards are maintained across all client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams on client sites

• Conduct quality control inspections

• Coordinate schedules and job assignments

• Train and mentor cleaning staff

• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory

• Communicate with clients regarding service requirements

• Support operational planning and workflow improvements

• Ensure short-term rental turnovers are completed on time and to a high standard

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning industry experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
