We're Looking For

We're not simply looking for people to fill shifts.

We're looking for professionals who take pride in their work, genuinely care about their patients and our equipment and understand the importance of building strong relationships with our clients and the workers they support.

The people who thrive on our team are dependable, professional, adaptable, and engaged. They communicate well, represent themselves professionally on site, and understand that every interaction reflects on our company and our clients.

If you're the type of person who asks "How can I help?" instead of "What's the least I can get away with?", we'd like to hear from you.

If your goal is simply to do the bare minimum and wait for the shift to end, Sixteen Safety may not be the right fit—and that's okay. We fully understand standby and preparedness, but completing the required tasks for the role well, is a requirement. We are building a team of people who care about doing exceptional work and making a difference where they are needed most.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current EMR or PCP Certification
  • Saskatchewan Licensing (or ability to obtain Saskatchewan Licensing)
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • Acceptable Driver's Abstract
  • Criminal Record Check
  • Ability to Pass Pre-Access Drug & Alcohol Testing
  • Ability to Work in Industrial and Remote Environments

Ready to Join Our Team?

If you're qualified, motivated, and looking to work with one of Saskatchewan's fastest-growing safety service providers, we'd love to hear from you.
