The Municipal Group of Companies’ Equipment and Maintenance Team oversees the maintenance, compliance, and operational integrity of one of Eastern Canada’s most diverse equipment fleets. Through a network of more than 25 maintenance shops, our teams deliver standardized service processes, asset management support, and technical expertise across all operating divisions. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Administrator, based out of Lower Sackville, NS, to join our team.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities

  • Enter daily employee data from timecards and ensure work history is up to date and complete for each pay cycle.
  • Open and close work orders.
  • Issue purchase orders.
  • Enter accounts payable invoices.
  • Send out mail and emails and distribute incoming documents.
  • Maintain office supply inventory.
  • Maintain inhouse filing system for Equipment Maintenance Records.
  • Enter weekly Vehicle Mileage updates twice weekly and perform month end reconciliation report.
  • Work closely with Maintenance Planners to assist them when needed.
  • Update and distribute the Overdue PM Report twice weekly.
  • Assist with New Capital Upfit.
  • Any other duties as required.
