Client Services Representative

Vernon Veterinary Clinic requires a full time client service representative/receptionist to join our team.

This individual will be enthusiastic, punctual, responsible with a strong work ethic, flexible and possess the initiative to work individually as well as work well as a team. The clinic is fast paced and the ability to multitask is essential.

Duties include but are not limited to

Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system

Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system

Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings

Respond and manage email correspondence

Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment

File documents electronically

Stock shelves

Additional administrative & housekeeping duties
