This is a full time position located in Ajax (65 Bayly St west, Ajax ON) - it will consist of day shifts/3-4 days in clinic with remainder remotely/37.5hrs.

About This Opportunity
Are you an experienced office administrator with a strong commitment to the highest quality customer service? If so, CBI Health has an excellent opportunity to apply your skills. As a Medical Office Assistant at our Ontario Assessment Clinic, you will build upon your past administrative experience to ensure our office operates at peak efficiency while upholding our high standard of client-centred care.
The range for this role is expected to be $18.00-23.00 per hour. The rate will be commensurate with the successful candidate’s education and experience.

What You Need To Be Successful
- A diploma in Medical Office Administration
- Experience in customer service and a commitment to high-quality client care
- Previous EMR (Accuro) and specialist office experience are assets
- Punctuality and an excellent attendance record
- Commitment to being reliable, responsible and eager to learn
- Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare as well as organizational/specialist office practices, procedures and standards
- An ability to prioritize, recognize and use good judgment when appropriate
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle multiple duties
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- A pleasant and courteous approach to interacting with clients in person and on the phone
- Keyboarding at 40 w.p.m.
- An ability to adapt in a fast-paced, demanding specialist office needs
