Our strategies include programmatic marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, podcasts, PR, TikTok series, Instagram reels, LinkedIn thought leadership, and live events. We’re also integrating AI-driven marketing into everything we do.

We are looking for a creative, outgoing, and ambitious Marketing & Communications Associate to join our team and become one of the faces of our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Brand Voice & Content Creation

• Develop and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Appear on camera for podcasts, reels, interviews, and event recaps
• Shape how younger audiences perceive and experience the brand

2. Marketing, PR & Events

• Identify and explore PR opportunities including podcasts, media coverage, and influencer collaborations
• Assist CEO and COO in executing local events, brand activations, and thought leadership campaigns
• Research and recommend new marketing opportunities within the health and wellness space

3. Project Coordination & AI Integration

• Coordinate with the global marketing team to manage timelines and deliverables
• Use project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, and Microsoft Project to track tasks
• Design workflows and mind maps in Miro to support campaigns and initiatives
• Learn and implement AI tools and prompt engineering to enhance campaign effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS

• Outgoing, creative, and comfortable on social media
• Confident on camera and able to represent the brand in public settings
• Strong written communication skills (blogs, captions, scripts, posts)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Eager to learn and apply marketing technologies, including AI
• Interested in a fast-paced role with direct access to executive leadership
