The Bigger Picture…

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player to join our Consumer Support team as a Consumer Support Specialist 1. Your primary role will be to provide back-office consumer lending admin support while working in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time temporary position up to 18 months. The preferred locations are Regina or Assiniboia, however, we are open to considering candidates in other Conexus locations across Saskatchewan.

How You’ll Be Spending Your Time

  • Providing administrative and support services to a variety of Conexus team members and law offices
  • Processing consumer and mortgage loans
  • Performing our consumer lending-related reporting and file maintenance functions
  • Ensuring consumer lending data is where it should be and that all “t’s are crossed” and “i’s are dotted”

  • Proven success working with fluctuating and high volumes
  • 1 year Financial Industry experience
  • A focus on production associated with file management
  • Consumer and residential administration knowledge are an asset

Salary range

$42,960 to $53,700 annually with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
