Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Edmonton, AB. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured products meet the company’s quality standards. Key duties include performing inspections during and after production, maintaining records of quality assurance checks, preparing detailed inspection reports, and collaborating with the production team to identify and address any quality-related concerns. The role also involves ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality assurance standards and participating in continual improvement initiatives. Both day and night shift opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Candidates with CMM experience, optical comparator and Tenaris thread experience would be an asset
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniques
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and Quality Management principles
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills for effectively collaborating with team members and documenting findings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards and other industry-related certifications is preferred
• Technical ability to operate inspection and measuring tools
• Diploma or certification in Quality Management or a related field is an asset
