We are looking for a certified welder to join our growing team. We are ideally seeking a candidate with CWB certification to W47.2 standards, though we welcome applications from strong CWB ticketed welders who bring quality, consistency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural and mechanical assemblies.

• Work to CWB standards and maintain weld quality to drawing specifications.

• Interpret welding symbols, drawings, and weld procedure specifications.

• Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspection of work.

• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and adhere to safety standards.

• Work collaboratively with fabricators and the broader production team.

What Are We Looking For

Experienced Candidate

• CWB certification — W47.2 certification is strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding processes.

• Experience welding structural steel, plate, and pipe in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

• Ability to read and work from welding drawings and weld procedure specifications.

• Strong attention to weld quality and finishing standards.

Emerging Candidate

• CWB ticketed welder with solid welding fundamentals and a desire to advance certifications.

• Willingness to work toward W47.2 certification with company support.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to doing quality work.
