We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join Synergy Controls Corporation, a trusted partner in process control and automation. We represent leading global manufacturers, including Endress+Hauser Canada, and operate as a lean, agile team delivering intelligent solutions across mining, water/wastewater, agribusiness, and other key industries.

What you’ll do

• Maintain and strengthen established client relationships while supporting their ongoing operational needs

• Deliver technical solutions that address real-world challenges, including system modernization initiatives

• Prepare quotations, provide consultative support, and collaborate with premier partners on capital (CAPEX) projects

• Represent Synergy Controls during site visits, offering expertise on system migrations and upgrades

What you bring

• Background in engineering or instrumentation

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in industrial sales or technical support

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset
