We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee the sales administration that keeps everything running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coaching people, driving results, and tightening up process, while still jumping in where needed to support customers and the team.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the sales team

• Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to hit (and exceed) sales targets

• Run sales meetings and regular coaching sessions

• Track traffic, conversions, follow-up activity, and overall performance

• Support Area Sales Managers in moving buyers through the full sales cycle

• Keep show home presentation standards and customer experience consistent across communities

• Stay on top of market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing trends

Own sales operations + admin

• Oversee CRM/lead management, follow-up systems, and reporting accuracy

• Generate and process reports, payroll items, and realtor invoices with strong attention to detail

• Support sales offers, FINTRAC, and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Maintain files and key information in our related systems

• Use tools like Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Fintracker, Lotworks and DocuSign (or similar) to keep tasks and documentation on track

• Spot gaps, improve workflows, and help implement changes that make the team more productive

Support the customer journey

• Prepare customer correspondence and possession letters; track signed documents

• Help resolve customer concerns/complaints with proper follow-up and documentation

• Step in on escalations when required to protect the customer experience and the brand

Coordinate across teams

• Schedule meetings, manage agendas, and take minutes as needed

• Build clear presentations/visuals for meetings and reporting

• Coordinate show home set-ups and move-outs with IT, Accurate, movers, Sales/Marketing, and Site Supervisors

• Conduct site visits as required (signage checks, follow-ups with the sales team)

• Assist with online lead scheduling and occasional show home coverage

• Support sales and marketing initiatives (events, promotions, community materials, signage) with brand-consistent execution

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of sales experience (new home sales/real estate strongly preferred)

• University Degree

• Leadership or sales management experience

• Strong knowledge of the residential homebuilding sales process

• Organized, detail-focused, and comfortable balancing competing priorities

• Confident communicator (written and verbal) and a strong listener

• Team-first mindset with a professional, polished approach

• Able to work weekends and flexible show home hours
