Position: Territory Manager
Location: Calgary and Southern Alberta
Travel Requirement: Approximately 50-75% within the territory.

Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and retail partners throughout the Calgary and Southern Alberta territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a portfolio of premium dermo-cosmetic products, developing strategic partnerships, executing territory business plans, and achieving sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing relationships with dermatologists, family physicians, medical aesthetic clinics, pharmacies, and retail partners.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and execute territory business plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular in-person visits with healthcare professionals and retail partners to educate and promote products.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with prospective accounts.
- Deliver product presentations, training sessions, and educational events.
- Analyze territory performance, customer needs, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution within retail accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to implement national and regional initiatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and territory reports.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and professional events as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience in dermo-cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, medical aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience calling on dermatologists, physicians, pharmacists, medical spas, aesthetic clinics, or retail accounts is strongly preferred.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
