We are currently hiring a full-time Alternative Channels, Platform Solutions Manager to support our London Administration t eam. This job posting is for a newly created position.

The base salary will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, education/training and internal equity. Our compensation practices are equitable and transparent, and support progression through the salary range as employees grow in the role.

The Role

  • Define and communicate the platform strategy and roadmap across Alternative Channels (Contact Centre, HFA, Auto Finance, Mortgage Brokerage, Digital).
  • Collaborate with channel leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements aligned to strategic goals.
  • Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and channel strategies, including growth, experience, and efficiency objectives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, fintech developments, and competitive solutions to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Own and prioritize the platform backlog across multiple channel use cases.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Balance optimization of existing platforms (e.g., Doxim, Thirdstream) with introduction of new capabilities.
  • Lead user acceptance testing to ensure the correct functioning of new features and enhancements.
  • Partner with business SMEs to validate solutions meet operational needs across channels.
  • Collaborate with end users to ensure software meets business requirements.
  • Work closely with Process Excellence Specialist and SMEs to design, test, and publish user manuals and resources to support platform functions.
  • Ensure platforms enable efficient end-to-end processes across Alternative Channels.
  • Deliver training for new platform capabilities and enhancements across channels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements to develop and maintain regulatory-compliant reporting and performance metrics, utilizing reporting data to optimize system utilization and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • Post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or Technology
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services, channel operations, or platform/product management
  • Well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing platforms, systems, or digital tools that support business operations
  • Experience in Contact Centre, HFA (MMS), Auto Finance, Mortgage Brokerage, or Digital channels
  • Certified Product Owner or Product Manager designation preferred
  • A passion for helping people grow their financial well-being.
