Full-Time | 6-Month Contract → Full-Time Opportunity
Who This Role Is For
This is not a typical receptionist or admin role.
We’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to build a real skillset in business, sales, and client support. Not just answer phones.
You’ll start by handling day-to-day client support and operations, with opportunities to grow into a licensed Client Service Broker or Sales Broker role over time, subject to licensing requirements and successful completion of training.

What You’ll Be Doing (Phase-Based Growth)
Months 0–2: Learn the Foundation
· Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
· Support administrative quoting and policy processing activities under supervision
· Manage CRM tasks and client documentation
· Shadow senior brokers and learn brokerage operations and client service processes
Months 2–4: Client Support Development
· Assist licensed brokers with auto/home insurance quoting activities
· Follow up with warm leads for scheduling and information gathering
· Handle basic administrative client inquiries independently
Months 4–6: Increased Responsibility
· Support licensed brokers with client account servicing activities
· Assist with renewals and client retention efforts
· Help coordinate inbound lead follow-ups and client communications
· Participate in outbound follow-ups
Month 6: Decision Point
· Top performers may be considered for a full-time role as a Client Service Broker or Sales Advisor, subject to obtaining any required licensing (including RIBO licensing where applicable)
· Others will complete the contract and move on
What We’re Looking For
· Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable talking to people)
· High attention to detail (mistakes in this business matter)
· Coachable and open to feedback
· Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
· Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Bonus (not required)
· Experience in customer service, sales, or admin roles
· Familiarity with tools like CRM systems, spreadsheets, or ticketing platforms
· RIBO Licensed

Compensation
· $38,000 - 40,000 Annually
· Performance bonuses tied to activity and growth
· Full-time offer + compensation increase for top performers at 6 months
