Days of work: Monday to Friday
Shift times: 08:30 to 16:30

About This Position
This position is to provide coverage until May 2027, or return of incumbent. This social work position is based in the Daly Pavilion at KBRH and primarily serves that unit but can be pulled into acute care for higher priority patient care needs.

As a Social Worker, you provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and treatment coordination for designated clients and their families. You work collaboratively with other health care providers and the multidisciplinary team to deliver direct psychosocial care, including counseling and group work. In your role, you support system navigation and advocacy, offer education, and connect clients to relevant specialized and complex care resources, all while encouraging and facilitating client self-management. You are responsible for developing and delivering social work services that help maintain or improve the health, social well-being, and overall functioning of the population you serve.
