Safety-Kleen Canada Inc. in St. Augustin, QC, is seeking an Operations/Administrative Assistant. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will assist with processing documents such as waybills, invoices, customer requests, and compliance forms. You will work closely with drivers and sales staff. This is an on-site position at our office in St-Augustin-de-Desmaures.

Salary: $26.00/hour with the possibility of overtime.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM: (in-person)

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable, inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable;

Provide customer service support and keep customer records up to date
Prepare, process, and verify invoices and contracts.
Provide support to drivers and manage routes.
Respond to requests from internal and external customers

Qualifications

Language: Fluent in French and English;
At least one year of experience in a related field;
Strong computer skills and a solid foundation in MS Office, Excel, and Word.
Ability to work independently, be organized, and maintain a positive attitude;
