Toromont Material Handling is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to join our team in Woodstock The Product Support Coordinator is accountable for all work orders from opening to execution providing high customer service and effectively assisting with goals and objectives to support the Service Department.

Full Time, Permanent
Compensation
$44,860.00 to $56,075.00
The listed base salary is just one component of our total rewards package, and performance-based or discretionary bonuses may be available.

In a Typical Day, YOU Will
- Demonstrate safe, healthy and environmentally responsible work behaviors in support of Toromont's policies, programs and initiatives related to health and safety.
- Monitor WIP with Supervisors and Dispatch to support company objectives within the invoicing process.
- Verify and process service work orders with accuracy and complete invoice.
- Maintain up to date billing requirements as noted in DBS/Exceptions lists.
- Obtain customer purchase order numbers to support WIP processing.
- Administratively support the Branch Manager/Supervisors.
- Work closely with all departments. Help create synergy between all departments.
- Prepare and processes purchase orders.
- Collaborate in the organization and implementation of different projects.
- Answers phone calls and provide assistance for both internal and external customers.
- Assist other Service Departments with scheduling of maintenance and repairs as required.
Must-haves For This Role
- Safety conscious with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels.
- Diploma of Vocational Studies or College Diploma in administration.
- Ability to communicate with customers efficiently.
- Ability to effectively adapt and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Self-motivated and flexible team player with efficient time-management qualities.
- Ability to work and grow in a team environment as well as be independent with integrity and proactive problem solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft word.
