Survey Data & Scanning

CFM

This role will convert physical records into digital formats, maintain accurate file structures, and support the survey team with data preparation and documentation. This position provides valuable exposure to survey data workflows and digital processing in an industrial environment.

  • Scan and digitize survey files, drawings, and field records in accordance with established standards.
  • Organize and maintain digital file structures, ensuring consistency, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Review scanned documents for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; flag discrepancies.
  • Upload and index survey files into shared drive management systems.
  • Follow safety, confidentiality, and document control protocols.
  • Currently pursuing, or entering in the fall, a post-secondary program, including Grade 12 high school students accepted into these programs, and in good academic standing.
  • Administrative or data entry experience considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn.
