HYBRID, 2 days/week, TORONTO!

2+ months, approx 37 hrs/week

Rate: $45-75/hr (T4)

Our agency client is looking for an Account Director with strong agency experience across PR, social, and influencer work - ideally from innovative shops who brings a sharp, data driven strategic mindset.

Joining a fast-growing agency team and supporting high profile B2C clients across categories such as CPG and alcohol
Building social content and influencer campaign strategies, validating plans with media, presenting recommendations, and securing client approval
Running programs end-to-end and guiding a team of Account Managers on daily execution
Setting strategic direction and managing team members to deliver high quality program outputs
Monitoring results, reporting performance, and collaborating with internal and client teams to ensure successful campaign delivery

Skills and Requirements

6+ years experience working within a social, influencer, or PR agency environment
Strong strategic mindset for developing integrated campaign approaches
Proven ability to run programs and manage cross functional teams
Exceptional client facing communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
