Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising Advisor

We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships & Fundraising Advisor to join Wardrobe at an exciting early stage.

Wardrobe is a trust-first fashion marketplace being built under Distoria Technologies Inc., a Canada-based company focused on scalable digital products across commerce and community. Our MVP is ready, and we are now entering a critical phase of launch, growth, and strategic relationship building.

At this stage, we are looking for someone who can help us do more than just raise capital. We want a strong strategic partner who can help open the right doors across investors, brand collaborations, and growth partnerships.

What we’re looking for

• Someone with access to business angels, early-stage investors, and startup networks
• Someone who can help create and manage brand partnerships and strategic collaborations
• Someone who understands how to position an early-stage startup for growth, visibility, and fundraising
• Someone who is confident in outreach, relationship building, and turning conversations into real opportunities
• Experience in fashion, marketplace, retail, startup, or consumer-tech ecosystems is a strong plus
• Based in Toronto is strongly preferred

What this role would involve

• Supporting our pre-seed fundraising efforts
• Opening relevant investor conversations and warm introductions
• Identifying and building brand partnership opportunities
• Helping shape strategic growth conversations around Wardrobe
• Working closely with the founders on high-value relationship development

Compensation

This is an early-stage startup opportunity, so the structure is designed primarily around equity vesting, with additional compensation possible on a contract / invoice basis depending on scope and contribution.
