Seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and operationally driven Branch Operations Manager/Customer Service Manager to lead the Nova Scotia location.
Responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, coordinating order fulfillment activities, and acting as the key liaison between Sales, Production, and Customer Care teams.
This role serves as the operational leader of the branch and is accountable for ensuring customer orders are managed accurately and efficiently from order entry through delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong leadership skills, customer service expertise, operational knowledge, and experience working within an ERP environment
Key Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day branch operations. - Supervise all Customer Care and Customer Service personnel. - Serve as the primary branch contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues. - Oversee the complete order lifecycle from receipt through production and delivery. - Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Production teams.
Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience. - Experience managing customer-facing teams and operational workflows. - Experience working with ERP systems.
