As a Full-Time Baker, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring every loaf and treat meets our high standards of freshness and quality. What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake baked goods following COBS Bread's recipes and quality standards
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the bakery
• Collaborate with team members to achieve bakery goals and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Manage production schedules to ensure fresh products are available daily

Requirements

We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Is willing and able to work early morning shifts (starting between midnight and 4 am)
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Has a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Is committed to maintaining health and safety and food safety standards
• Has prior bakery experience is an asset, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to learn
• Is physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 22 kg, and perform repetitive tasks including wrist rotation and bending

Certifications such as Food Safe and Basic First Aid are considered assets
