Compensation Options

Option 1 – Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, designers, and distributors
  • Promote company products and services
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and business development goals

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, business development, or account management experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client relationships and sales opportunities
  • Experience in cabinetry, kitchen renovations, home improvement, construction, or building materials is considered a strong asset
