AP/AR Manager

We are seeking an experienced AP/AR Manager to lead a team responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations within a dynamic corporate finance environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys driving process improvements, mentoring teams, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

Must Have

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
• Strong knowledge of accrual accounting principles
• Experience with cash forecasting and reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and complex reconciliations
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multi-currency transactions
• SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience supporting audits
• Process improvement and transformation experience
• Experience in a large corporate environment
