We are currently seeking a a highly organized and results-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Act as a direct support to Project Managers in coordination of multiple projects and service requests, including executing project plans and coordinating site activities
  • Track and document correspondence, change and purchase orders
  • Participate in the tracking of project milestones and maintenance of project schedule
  • Prepare for project close out by collecting warranties, manuals and other documents
  • Issue purchase orders for materials used on construction sites
  • Coordinate and liaison with trades, sub-contractors, suppliers, clients and consultants
  • Perform general administrative and recordkeeping functions including the review and distribution
  • of documentation; preparation of correspondence and meeting minutes; maintenance of files, logs,
  • drawings, specifications, submittals and RFIs
  • Maintain project/service request database and prepare reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • Prepare proposal for various project prequalification for upcoming projects.

Skills / Abilities

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple details, prioritize and handle high volume of time critical commitments, simultaneously
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently of direct supervision in a team environment across multiple organization levels
  • Self-motivator and responsible attitude
  • Hands on experience on HVAC, Plumbing and controls works are preferred.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction industry
  • Post-Secondary Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
  • Driver's License G
