Site Superintendent – ICI New Build

$100K–$130K (based on experience) + Vehicle Allowance + Benefits

A reputable ICI General Contractor is looking to add an experienced

Site Superintendent to support upcoming and ongoing ground-up commercial construction projects in the Niagara region. This is an opportunity to join a stable builder with a strong pipeline of work and long-term growth potential.

The Role

The Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities on large-scale commercial projects. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with experience managing trades, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving projects forward in a structured, organized manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations from start through completion
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing health and safety requirements
• Maintain construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved
• Work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets drawings and specifications
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI new-build projects
• Experience on large commercial developments (retail, industrial, institutional, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including structure, envelope, and interiors
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid health & safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.)
