We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Flooring Sales & Project Manager to join our team. This is a specialized, hybrid role focused on residential renovations, interior design partnerships, and custom home builds. You will act as a trusted consultant, guiding clients through product selection while personally project-managing their flooring and tile transformations from initial estimate to flawless final installation.

What You Will Do

  • Consult & Collaborate: Partner closely with interior designers, custom home builders, and retail clients to select the perfect hardwood, laminate, carpet, luxury vinyl, and tile products.
  • Manage End-to-End Projects: Ownership of your own accounts—including taking precise on-site measurements, creating detailed cost estimates, and ordering materials.
  • Coordinate Custom Installations: Act as the main point of contact for specialized installation crews to ensure intricate tile and flooring patterns are executed to exact designer specifications. To support you Exclusive Floors has Crew Managers, a Service Department and logistics support to help ensure a smooth and well executed installation.
  • Cultivate Industry Partnerships: Proactively network and maintain relationships with Vancouver’s premier residential design firms and custom home contracting teams.

What You Bring

  • Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of sales or project management experience, specifically tailored to residential renovations or design-forward construction.
  • Design Literacy: Strong spatial awareness and a sharp eye for design trends, materials, and complex layouts (e.g., custom tile layouts, complex hardwood transitions).
  • Client-First Mindset: Outstanding communication skills with a natural ability to guide clients through complex design, lifestyle, and budgeting decisions.
  • Mobility: A valid BC driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for local job site visits and on-site designer consultations.
