Blue Kite Immigration is a Canada-based immigration consulting firm, and we are looking for an experienced Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Mississauga, Ontario.

Position: Tele-caller Specialist Counsellor

Location: Mississauga, Ontario (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily and consistently engage with prospective clients throughout the workday.

• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.

• Counsel prospective students on Canadian colleges, universities, and study pathways.

• Guide clients through admission requirements, application processes, and visa-related procedures.

• Achieve monthly enrollment and conversion targets.

• Maintain accurate records, call notes, and client communications within the CRM system.

• Collaborate with the admissions and immigration teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Canada Study Visa counseling, telesales, or Education Consulting.

• Strong knowledge of Canadian colleges, universities, and admission processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.

• Strong sales, counseling, lead conversion, and client relationship management abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.

• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on calls with prospective clients.

• Able to handle a high call volume and work in a target-oriented environment.
