Reunion Psychedelic Therapy is seeking a highly organized, energetic, and people-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is much more than an administrative role.
You will often be the first point of contact for individuals reaching out during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Your ability to build rapport, respond quickly, communicate effectively, and guide prospective clients through the intake process will play a critical role in helping people access life-changing care.

About Reunion
Reunion Psychedelic Therapy is a leading provider of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic medicine services in Alberta. Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, psychologists, and therapists committed to delivering exceptional client care.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and website inquiries
- Guide prospective clients through the intake and screening process
- Schedule consultations and treatment appointments
- Manage patient onboarding and documentation
- Coordinate communication between clients and clinicians
- Process payments and billing
- Maintain accurate client records
- Follow up with prospective clients and referrals
- Help improve administrative systems and processes
- Support marketing and client engagement initiatives as needed
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Professional and compassionate demeanor
- Comfortable discussing mental health and wellness services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is considered an asset
