Team inclusivity is very important to us! This entry-level role combines office support duties with social media content scheduling and engagement.

You are someone who brings a professional approach to internal team members, external clients and Unit Franchise. You have a sense of pride, accountability and to your daily deliverables. You have a passion for supporting teams’ productivity through administration. Dedicated to delivering administrative support which supports the daily operations and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

Office Administration (Approx 70-80%)

  • General Administration of performing office tasks including data entry, filing, scanning and managing electronic filing systems such as drop box and google drive. Assist with document and template creation.
  • Reception & Communication: Professional and welcoming approach to answering phone calls and greeting visitors. Redirecting phone calls or messages to the appropriate internal team member.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate meetings including booking virtual meetings and in-person meetings spaces. Scheduling training for new Unit Franchisees.
  • Office Maintenance: Monitor, order and organize office supplies and stationery, including general tidying of office space.

Social Media and Marketing (10-20%)

  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.
  • Basic familiarity with Canva for design, creating documents, templates, posters, brochures etc.
  • Content Creation: Draft the monthly newsletter and other content as directed by the leader.

Ad Hoc administrative responsibilities are per the demands of our growing business.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

Soft Skills: Pleasant, professional, confident, strong communication (written/verbal), time management and attention to detail. Eager to learn and take direction well. Comfortable to ask questions to ensure to feel supported and accomplish deliverables.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent transcript is a minimum requirement.

Experience: 1-3 years of administrative experience. We are pleased to provide an opportunity to someone eager to learn.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Mac operating system, Google Drive. Canva knowledge is a plus.
