Who is Groupe Sani-Tech?

Groupe Sani-Tech is a specialized contractor in the construction industry. We manufacture and distribute architectural products for buildings. In fact, we’ve been the biggest player in our field in Quebec for over 50 years. Not bad, right?! Our 65 employees will tell you: it is a fantastic place to spend 40 hours a week! We are adding a Project Assistant to the team, because business is booming.

There is still a bit of work to do, though!

In collaboration with our Project Managers, your days will look like this:

  • The technical side: Prepare shop drawings and technical data sheets for architectural products to send to professionals (identification sheets, requests for equivalents, LEED documentation).

  • The information radar: Manage incoming information (phone, emails) regarding contract change directives and end-of-project deficiencies. You will ensure they are sent to the right people after a quick analysis.

  • The PM’s right hand: Assist and collaborate with Project Managers on orders, ongoing project changes, and supplier or subcontractor research.

  • The finishing touch: Prepare end-of-project contractual documentation (warranty letters, maintenance guides, site reports, etc.) and handle progressive project billing.

The ideal profile to thrive with us

To be happy and succesful in this role, you ideally have:

  • Relevant background : A minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant or administrative support role.
  • The basics : A DEC in administration or equivalent training
  • Skills : You are proactive, rigorous, motivated, and you efficiently manage your time and to-do list.
  • English (asset, not a stress) : Functionnal in English, boyh spoken and written ? It’s a great asset for chatting with our suppliers, but it is not an absolute must to land the job!
