This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your advanced biology knowledge directly shapes how the next generation of AI understands life sciences. No AI background required — your expertise is what matters.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging biology questions that rigorously test AI reasoning and scientific accuracy
- Develop clear, step-by-step model solutions grounded in sound scientific logic
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for correctness, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI performance
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong command of advanced biology concepts with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
- Familiarity with scientific writing or academic benchmarking
- Background spanning multiple biology subfields (e.g., molecular biology, genetics, physiology, ecology)
