As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, creating customized marketing solutions, and driving sales of radio campaigns, digital marketing services, and website display advertising. You'll be supported with personalized coaching, a competitive compensation plan, and a flexible, exciting work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and execute creative marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals
• Sell radio advertising campaigns, digital marketing solutions, and website display ads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule
• Attend networking events and community functions to promote the company and its services
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, media tools, and industry best practices
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (media or marketing experience is an asset)
• Strong understanding of the Saskatoon business community
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable with digital platforms and new marketing technologies
• High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or business preferred)
• Well versed in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
