Shipping Department Supervisor

We are looking for a Day Shift working Supervisor who will be, the leader of our shipping/receiving department, and working closely together with Customer Service and the Plant's Foreman.

Duties

• Organizing/instructing department/team.
• Organizing/prioritizing shipments for the day.
• Packaging/shipping finished doors.
• Quality control.
• Recount orders to assure piece counts are correct before shipping.
• Assist Customer Service Department.
• Assist machine operators with saws/routers/press.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Other duties as required.

Skills And Qualifications

• On-time and reliable.
• Can lift 40 - 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend, etc. full day.
• Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.
• Must know how to operate a forklift.
• Minimum 5 year experience with ERP systems.

Shifts

• The Day shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with every second Friday off.
• Overtime may be required.
• Very clean environment.
