We are seeking a Distribution Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Superline Fuels’ warehouse and distribution facility in Truro, Nova Scotia. Reporting to the Lubricant Division Manager, this role will help establish the systems, processes, and operational discipline needed to support a professional and scalable distribution operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on warehouse operations, inventory management, staff leadership, safety, and delivery coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in building structure within a growing operation while ensuring the warehouse operates in an organized, accurate, safe, and cost-conscious manner.

The Distribution Centre Manager will oversee shipping, receiving, product storage, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and general warehouse organization. A major focus of the role will be strengthening inventory controls through cycle counting, stock reconciliation, min/max management, and process improvements that support accuracy and efficiency across the operation.

The role will also involve leading and supporting a small warehouse and driver team, while helping with future hiring, onboarding, and training as the operation grows. This individual will foster a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings leadership experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or operations environment along with a strong understanding of inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehouse process improvement. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with systems, reporting, and operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Experience within lubricants, petroleum, industrial products, or regulated distribution environments would be considered an asset, though candidates with strong transferable warehouse and logistics leadership experience are encouraged to apply. Forklift certification, TDG and WHMIS knowledge, and a valid driver’s licence are also considered valuable qualifications.
