We’re hiring at Phoenix Private Security!

Phoenix Private Security is expanding our team and we’re looking for professional Security Guards to support our Tactical Unit and Concierge Unit at malls and hotels. We have both part-time and full-time positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible security presence and rapid response as part of the Tactical Unit (mall and site patrols, incident response, access control).
• Deliver professional front-desk and concierge-style service in hotels and commercial properties (greeting guests, monitoring CCTV, handling inquiries, maintaining logs).
• Conduct regular patrols, report and document incidents, and support emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and appearance at all times.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence (G licence preferred).
• Valid Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certificate.
• Updated resume including your availability (days, evenings, nights, weekends).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
