Position Overview
The Columbia Shuswap Regional District (CSRD) is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Team Lead, Facilities. This position is based in both Sicamous and Salmon Arm, BC.
Reporting to the Manager, Community Services, the Team Lead, Facilities is responsible for various Regional District facilities and properties, including the daily management and operations of the Sicamous and District Recreational Centre. The Team Lead,Facilities leads, oversees the planning, scheduling, and coordination of facilities and building maintenance. In addition, this position supports the Manager, Community Services in planning, executing, tracking, and completing capital and noncapital projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in facilities management, building operations, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in facilities management and/or project management, preferably within aunionized, local government environment.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a unionized environment.
- B.C. Refrigerator Operator Certificate or Power Engineer 4th Class preferred.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Compensation
This is an exempt position offering competitive compensation package including an annual wage range of $88,569 to $102,786 (2026 rates).
