Scope
- Executing project research
- Preparing project proposals and presentations
- Traveling to execute project and field assessments, and provide on-field monitoring
- Building and maintaining relationships with field partners
- Managing project budgets
- Coordinating project activities with Teams and Project Services (TPS) Administrators and Mission Focusing Consultants (MFC)
- Managing daily project operations
- Helping to prepare assistant/associate team leaders
Additional Responsibilities
- Lead international mission teams when required
- Attend team meetings when required
- Participate in general ministry tasks as required
Skills Required
- Exceptional cross-cultural adaptability, understanding and communication skills
- Excellent assessment and evaluation capabilities
- Intuitive problem-solving abilities
- Competency in MS programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
