Salary Scale: $105,596 - $127,236 annualized salary plus benefits

Position Description
The Director of Integrated Health Services provides program oversight and strategic leadership for team based primary health care team. The Director drives program and service excellence, fosters partnerships, and guides responsive and integrated services and programs.
The Director works with the Senior Leadership Team to advance the CHC’s vision, mission and priorities by ensuring alignment of programs, resources and operations with community needs, health equity principles, accountabilities and organizational goals.
Reporting Relationship
The Director of Integrated Health Services is directly accountable to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director is responsible for meeting the licensing and regulatory requirements of their professional governing body, if one exists.
Requirements
Skills, Education and Experience:
Education and Language
- Master’s degree in health administration or a comparable field
- A clinical background in medicine, nursing or health promotion or a related field
- Under the Centre’s designation to provide French Language Services:
- French (oral expression): Advanced
- French (oral comprehension): Advanced
- French (reading comprehension): Intermediate +
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
Professional Experience
- Proven experience as a leader in a team based primary care environment
- Five years’ experience in managerial and progressive leadership roles in a health environment
- Experience in managing and working with primary care and multi-disciplinary teams, including medical and allied health professionals
- Experience managing programs and services for people with complex health and social needs

- Knowledge of quality improvement and program evaluation methodology

- Client engagement and co-design skills
- Understanding of, and commitment to client-centered and harm reduction frameworks for service provision

Conditions of Employment
Hours of work will be developed in collaboration with the successful candidate to ensure a healthy work-life balance. A schedule of work will be based on the Centre’s hours of operation and program requirements and may include some evenings.
