We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, hospitals, and engineers
• Prepare customer take-offs from CAD drawings and project specifications
• Develop accurate quotations and submittal packages
• Ensure product compliance with project requirements and standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estimating (required)
• Civil Engineering background (preferred)
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD (preferred)
• Strong ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and specifications
• Experience performing take-offs from plumbing and architectural drawings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range: $45,000 – $50,000

• Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
