Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in ERP, CRM, and Zoho implementations who is ready to take ownership of complex projects from strategy to deployment.
The ideal candidate is highly autonomous, client-focused, and capable of managing multiple large-scale mandates while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects end-to-end, including:
- Business needs analysis
- Solution architecture and design
- Implementation delivery
- Post-deployment support and optimization
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational and leadership skills
Supervise and coordinate analysts, developers, and integrators across:
- CRM & Marketing
- Finance & Operations
- ERP / MRP
- BI & KPI
- AI Integrations
Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively resolving issues
Manage project timelines, budgets, and financial accountability
Collaborate with leadership and technical teams on architecture and strategic decisions
Support business development initiatives by participating in:
- Client demos
- Discovery sessions
- Proposal preparation
Document processes, workflows, and implementation standards
Ensure effective knowledge transfer and client training
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience implementing ERP, CRM, or business management solutions such as:
- Zoho
- Sage
- SAP
- Or equivalent platforms
Proven track record managing complex projects with full ownership of:
- Budget
- Delivery
- Client success
Strong expertise with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
Experience working directly with executive stakeholders and clients
Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
Strong knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem:
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Books
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho Desk
- And related applications
Understanding of accounting, finance, and operational business processes
Experience with AI integrations and business automation
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of mandates from A to Z: needs analysis, solution design, delivery and post-deployment follow-up
Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with rigor and autonomy
Supervise our analysts, developers and integrators across:
*CRM and Marketing/ Finance and Operations/ ERP / MRP/ BI and KPI & AI Integration*
Proactively manage client relationships and resolve issues
Manage time and financial budgets
Collaborate with leadership and the technical team on architecture decisions
Contribute to business development by participating in demos and client proposals
Document processes and ensure knowledge transfer
