Rheaume Engineering Inc. (Rheaume) is seeking a full-time Project Support Specialist to join our team. Based in either our Grande Prairie or Calgary, Alberta office.

Rheaume is an Alberta-based EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction management) firm, founded in 2005, with 40 staff members.
For engineering projects in industry sectors such as energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture, Rheaume provides services in:

Rheaume’s specialty is oil & gas facility and pipeline design.

Role Description
• Procurement activities:
o Liaise with industry vendors
o Work with engineers to develop bid packages
o Coordinate bidding
o Prepare bid evaluations
o Issue POs
o Work with engineers to manage equipment package fabrication
o Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries
• Project controls activities:
o Develop schedules in MS Project
o Perform weekly project engineering cost reports
o Assist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reports
o Track and report on project execution and deliverables
o Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Candidate Requirements
• Must be currently living in Grande Prairie or Calgary
• Must have MS Project experience
• Western Canada based EPC experience considered an asset
