  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple projects
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Provide insight into project metrics and recommendations to improve project performance
  • Maintain project accounting systems and processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain customer credit approval process, ensuring receivable balances are within the prescribed credit limits
  • Provide expertise for best practices for electronic field ticket and time sheet processes
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure alignment between project objectives and financial outcomes
  • Maintains the Accounts Receivable list, striving for Days Sales Outstanding of 45 days
  • Work with financial reporting to complete monthly accruals
  • Work with payroll to determine discrepancies between timecards and billing
  • Collaborate with project managers to create and document a standardized project workflow (onboarding customers, invoicing customers, collecting payment)
  • Close projects in system when complete (final sign off, accuracy checks, etc.)
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Manage all temporary field Project Administrators for short-term customer projects
  • 5 years experience with billing and financial reporting
  • Post secondary education in Accounting, Finance or similar
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Office 365, particularly Excel
