Using our proprietary GPS geofencing, our app clocks field workers in and out automatically, so companies get accurate labour hours and job costs without the paperwork, the guesswork, or the time theft. We serve small and mid-size contractors across North America, the UK, Europe, and Australia/New Zealand, with seamless integrations into QuickBooks, Xero, CompanyCam, and leading payroll platforms.
Headquartered in Winnipeg, we are a fast-moving, product-led startup scaling our go-to-market engine. We have just stood up a new outbound sales pipeline, and we are hiring an Account Executive to own it.
The Role
As our Sales-focused Account Executive, you will manage and close the leads generated by our new outbound pipeline. You will own deals from qualified opportunity through to signed customer, running discovery, delivering demos, handling objections, and guiding construction businesses to a buying decision. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who wants to be at the centre of a growing sales motion and have a direct, measurable effect on revenue.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound-sourced leads: qualify, run discovery, demo the product, negotiate, and close.
- Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities generated through our new outbound motion, ensuring timely, consistent follow-up.
- Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that connect ConstructionClock's features to each prospect's pain points.
- Understand the operational realities of construction and field-service businesses and position the platform as the solution to their time-tracking and job-costing challenges.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecast data in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Share feedback from the field with product, marketing, and leadership to sharpen our messaging and roadmap.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing deals.
- Strong consultative selling skills: you listen well, ask sharp questions, and guide prospects to the right decision.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and adaptable; you thrive in a fast-paced startup where priorities move quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfort owning your numbers and operating with autonomy and accountability.
- Experience working with a CRM and modern sales tooling.
Bonus Points
- Sales experience in SaaS or another subscription/software business.
- Experience working in or selling to the construction and/or field-service industries.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Aircall, and outbound prospecting workflows.
Compensation & What We Offer
- Base salary of $50,000 CAD with on-target earnings of $120,000 CAD (uncapped commission upside).
