Working Foreman/Supervisor

Morin Industrial is looking for experienced Working Foremen/Supervisors to join our

growing team.

We are seeking hands-on leaders who are willing to work alongside their crews while

maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism.

Our work includes industrial coatings, surface preparation, concrete rehabilitation, and

specialty industrial services across Northern Ontario and beyond.

• Lead crews by example in the field

• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

• Prioritize safety and quality in every aspect of the job

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials on site

• Work closely with supervisors, project managers, customers, and inspectors

• Take pride in delivering a high-quality finished product

• Foster a positive, productive, and professional work environment

• Effectively solve problems and adapt to changing project requirements

• Minimum 5 years of industrial coatings, construction, maintenance, or related field

experience

• Previous experience leading crews or supervising personnel

• Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving record

• WHMIS certification

• Ability to travel and work out of town when required

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work scopes

• Experience coordinating equipment, materials, and subcontractors

• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and mobile applications for reporting and

communication

• Ability to pass site-specific orientation and safety requirements
